8 Most Annoying People at the Gym

There are many ways to get in shape, whether it may be changing your eating habits to becoming more active and living a healthy lifestyle. If you do decide to get on a diet, you should consider beginning a low carb diet.

There’s an article on Everyday Health titled, The 8 Most Annoying People at the Gym and I have to admit, I have been most of those people at one point or another. In my first year of college, I started going to the gym religiously, like 6 or 7 days a week; I was more dedicated about that than studying! UCSD had a very new and well stocked gym and our tuition was already charging us a rec fee anyways, so I was trying to get my money’s worth by going so often. Since most of the patrons were college students (some grad students and random people), the gym was filled with more than the average number of ‘annoying people’.

The article describes each annoying person (grunter, chatterbox, flirt, etc.) and gives some advice on how to cope with them, but I’m pretty sure the only way to avoid these type of people is to get your own personal gym. Or just mimic the person and be even more annoying than that person!

I’m reminded of this video that I saw a few years ago, which is a very unique way of losing weight:
