Mac & PC Ultraportable Laptops
I have mixed opinions about the Mac computers: I really love the hardware design of the products, but really not a fan of the software aspect of it. Don’t get me wrong, you can basically do the exact same things on a Mac that you would want to do on a PC. I still remember using those colorful iMacs and iBooks back in high school, now those things were design monstrosities. But then when I got to college, their new lineup of Mac computers were just beautiful and I loved using them. In fact, whenever I would go to a computer lap or lounge, I would always try to find a Mac before a PC, they were just so fun to play with. But I never found myself looking to buy one, but I think that had more to do with the price tag than anything. Recently, I’ve been looking at buying a new laptop to replace my current netbook. I really liked the Macbook Air when they first came out, I mean they were so sleek and light! PC makers tried to replicate that with what they’re calling ultrabooks. The prices of ultrabooks are pretty close to that of Macbooks, so it will make the decision making process that much harder. But if I ever do decide to get a Macbook, I will definitely look into buying a sturdy case to help protect that investment. There is no way I am even letting a scratch get on it!
