PROBAR’s brand new line of protein bars which they refer to as CORE, simply because protein should be at the core of everyone’s diet no matter what your goal is. They offer 4 different flavors: Brownie Crisp, Cookie Dough, Mint Chocolate, Peanut Butter Chocolate.
Some of the things I liked about the PROBARs are that they have 4 awesome flavors to choose from, they’re loaded with protein and healthy fats like omega-3, are gluten free and you can buy them in stores and their online store.
The only thing you should be cautious of is the amount of sodium in each bar as well as the sugar content.
The PROBAR Bolt energy chews are interesting as they are a square gummy that comes in different flavors and are a super quick way to get a boost of energy. Each pack comes with about 6-10 chews, which you can use for long runs or for longer races like a half marathon or full. I like orange the best but strawberry is also really good. They are certified USDA organic, Vitamin B-rich, caffeinated with yerba-mate extract, and infused with apple, acai, blueberry and pomegranate powders to create a delicious all-natural flavor.
