San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival 2016 Review

The San Diego Bay Wine + Food Festival is one of many food/drinking festival events in San Diego. This one is actually one of the largest wine and food festivals in the nation with unique wine and delicious food from all of San Diego. The event is very well organized, the lines weren’t too long to get in and with the exception of a few booths the wait to get food or wine wasn’t too bad either.

The thing I really like about these wine and food festivals is that once you’re in, you don’t have to worry about anything except figuring out what food or drink you want to try next. The view is amazing it’s right by the Bay and walking distance from the popular Seaport Village. There are enough booths spread throughout the event, you never have to worry about crowding or waiting in line too long.

One of our favorite dishes was the cajun-dusted lamb lollipops! I’ve never been a fan of lamp, I just can’t get past the odor and chewiness of the meat. But these lollipops were super juicy and delicious. This was one dish that we came back for seconds and will be looking for at the next event.
